We are visiting CDA from WA state. Our hotel is close by so we decided to have pizza tonight. Let me start by saying the waitress was friendly and helpful but a little bit slow when the restaurant was not at all busy. The pizza choices are fresh and new-not your run of the mill pizza toppings. Which was nice and refreshing. I ordered a medium glacier pizza for my husband and I to share. I don't know if it was just because we were STARVING but I could have finished the whole pizza myself lol it's quite small and the crust is thin. Overall the pizza was good, but I don't think we will be returning. The only con I have is that I think their ranch is made with miracle whip... It has that weird nasty aftertaste. I might be the only person who has said this but I hate miracle whip, so the ranch was pretty much gross.

The thin crust pizza was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. We came in at lunch on a Friday. A lot of great pizza topping combinations.

Pizza is actually pretty good. In fact, one of the best in Coeur d' Alene. Wait service is not great, but I really don't have high expectations for a pizza joint so I can give that somewhat of a pass. Nice ambiance in the restaurant with earth tone colors. Roomy booths, doesn't feel cramped or crowded. They use a wood fire pizza oven which adds a little something to the pie I think. This is a step above your basic after softball or kids running amok kind of place. Beer and wine is also available. I was a little surprised that they don't have Italian dressing or even oil and vinegar for the salads. I mean come on... Pizza is an italian dish. All in all, pretty decent. I have been back since my initial visit and I will go back again.

I liked the guys who were working and the chicken with hot sauce appetizer pizza was very good. Cheese pizza was ok and I had some kind of pizza called roost pizza that was ok. If your going to see a movie across the street maybe worth a try for the convenience. Not the best but not bad either.

We ate there twice, while on vacation in Coeur d'Alene. I loved the pizza!! Very reminiscent of some good ole NYC pizza!! Also loved their apple/walnut/feta salad! The wait staff was very friendly to us "outsiders"!! I enjoy stumbling upon little eateries like this one!

Nice service. Great location. There is a nice variety on the menu. The large is a little small though. But the cheese sticks are fantastic.

Went here with my parents on 2/7/15. The decor is nice, the ambiance is pretty good (not too loud), but the service... Only one guy was running the ENTIRE restaruant: taking orders, cooking the food, serving the food, dealing with the checks, and cleaning the tables all at the same time! I've got to say, I feel bad for the guy. It must be very stressful running a packed restaruant all by yourself with no other staff to help you . Needless to say, I was very impressed by the fact that he handled it well. Way to go! And now the food: the fire sticks seem more like a flatbread than breadsticks, but it was pretty yummy nonetheless. The pizza I had though had a little too much cheese and it was pretty greasy, but it was good. All-in-all, it was an ok experince. Just feel like I should've given that guy a bigger tip.

Undoubtably the most amazing pizza I've ever had! :) I'm visiting from California & the staff was very welcoming & attentive! Definitely a must while in CDA!!!!

Terrible service! Took 15 minutes before someone took our order and another 35 minutes to get 2 medium pizzas (cheese and pepperoni) and it wasn't even busy! Almost missed our movie. Pizza is ok but it's no Fire!

Been here for dinner a few times now and the pizza is pretty good. Not too greasy and full of flavor. Love the Beartooth and Flathead pizzas and my son can't get enough of the cheese sticks! The service has been great and attentive. Pretty good pizza joint in CDA.

We really liked the pizza! The pizzas came in medium or large. The mediums were large enough for us! Super good. The service was ok it was a slow night so not very many people were in.. So I thought we could have had better service. All in all everything was good!

First, I love the location and atmosphere inside. Pizzas are excellent and salads are a very good portion. I appreciate that the staff isn't snobby like some of our downtown restaurant locations. Great price and really handy if going to catch a movie at River Stone.

pretty tasty and not bad for the price but skimpy toppings. a friend and i went there for lunch today and got a medium Rocky Mountain ( pepperoni, sausage, bell peppers and onions). nice thin crispy crust. not a lot of meat but lots of cheese but really delicious. would definitely go back though. excited to try their sandwiches. staff was very friendly and speedy service.

Pizza is quite good. Best in town. Now, in CdA that's a bit like being the tallest midget, but its still good. We had the Pioneer - pepperoni and basil. Beer in bottles only, but a couple of good choices, e.g. Laughing Dog IPA. Since oven is wood burning, pizza comes out quickly. Side salad was big. Decor is nice. Several 50" flatscreens. Parking ez since its in Riverstone. Staff was nice. We like this place.

Fantastic pizza, Great service! My girlfriend and I eat here at least once a week and love it! We usually get the garnet, or garlic pizza, adding toppings from a broad selection makes it easy to customize!

Went there for lunch. Had a sandwich. It was served in a pita type bread, which fell apart and wouldn't hold together. It was suppose to be a turkey sandwich. It contained one slice of turkey. My wife had the same. My sandwich came with a sauce on top of the turkey. My wife's sandwich didn't have any sauce on it. We couldn't tell the waitress about it because she never returned to see if we needed anything. It's not like they were busy, there was only one other table being served. I had to walk up front and ask for silverware and some napkins, as there was none on the table. The sandwich was only, so so. Service was pathetic. We definitely won't be back. I think Buckman's days are numbered. Too bad, was looking forward to a good meal, but didn't get one.

First time try. Nice warm colors , open and airy, cozy. Football game was a bit loud, but I am sure others would love that. Average service. Had to wait for drinks. Problem is they try to remember orders here. They don't write it down. Server asked us if we wanted our salad first then, we said yes then brought the pizza with the salad. Friendly enough, just not personable. Quirky and lacking confidence. I do understand training teenagers is tough. We ordered the Goat Cheese and Pesto. Pizza was advertised with wonderful things such as arugula, balsamic onions, etc. then were virtually non existent. Dough was extremely chewy and pizza was cold very quickly. Plenty of goat cheese was awesome, except for the fact that it was all in the middle of the pizza. Ingredients were not dispersed evenly. Even with all the chèvre, I was craving salt and moisture(acid) to the pie. We also ordered the Greek Salad. It was mostly Spinach with some mixed baby greens. Plenty of feta but seriously lacking the tomato / cucumber element there were a couple of garnished pieces. Kalamatas were dismal as well. Plenty of onion and dressing was good. Really a poor value overall for the meal. My wife and I easily polished a Large pizza and a Salad for about $26-$27. We will not be running back, but may give it another try. Maybe a meat pizza might be more up our alley.

eh. Very mediocre. Nothing special. I think they're going for the "gourmet pizza" vibe, but there's nothing special or creative about their menu. No better than Domino's or Pizza Hut. .. just more expensive!
